Those not in compliance were singled out… Diarmaid Ó Cadhla continues to be singled out, for intimidation and prosecution – he now says “Enough is Enough!”.
Diarmaid has submitted a formal application to have 6 particular cases dismissed, they are before Cork District Court on Wednesday 16th October at 10.30am.
Anyone concerned with Justice and our Human and Civil Rights is invited to attend court in solidarity with Diarmaid.
Diarmaid’s application is being made fully “as Gaeilge”, we hope the courts will respect this and have the hearing in Irish, with translation services for anyone not familiar with our national language.
Diarmaid’s intention is to force an end to this farce of Justice, it will happen on Wednesday!
